Welcome to Primo's

Some restaurants begin with a recipe. Ours began with a promise.

Primo's was founded by Chris Harris and Chuck Wang as a tribute to their friend Juan, known as Primo, whose loyalty, generosity and unwavering character inspired everything this restaurant would become.

His legacy lives in the way we welcome every guest, the care in every plate, and the belief that the best meals are shared among people who matter.

The best evenings are not remembered for what was on the table. They are remembered for who was around it.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are through OpenTable and are instantly confirmed. For Saturday Night Social, booking by Thursday gets your table a complimentary chef selected appetizer, and confirmed dinner reservations receive priority entry after 10 PM.

We are a big group. Anything for us?

Parties of six or more receive a complimentary chef selected shared appetizer for the table after the first round of drinks. For ten or more, email management@primosbellevue.com and the team will set the room.

How late is the kitchen open?

Dinner runs from 4 PM Tuesday to Saturday. Thursday to Saturday the late night bites menu picks up at 10 PM and runs until close. Saturday the DJ plays until 2 AM.

Is there live music?

Yes. Live piano and guitar through the week, curated wine and whiskey tastings, a live DJ every Saturday, and the stage is open to artists who apply through Perform at Primo's.

Can I book the space?

Celebrations, corporate gatherings and private dinners are all hosted here. Email management@primosbellevue.com or call 425 985 4765 to talk through your date.

A note from Nathan

This is a concept, built from your own words.

Every dish, every rule of Saturday Night Social and every line about Primo came from primosbellevue.com. Nothing was invented. I rebuilt it so the room feels as alive on a phone as it does on Bellevue Way, so the menu is a scroll instead of a scavenger hunt, and so a guest can plan their night in three taps and land straight on your OpenTable.

The photos on your current site are strong. What the new one needs is motion: the Saturday crowd, the pour, the plate hitting the table. That is what Suubi Media does.

A few things to check with you

  1. Your contact page lists Friday and Saturday as 4:00 pm to 10:30 am, and the Saturday Social page says the DJ runs until 2 AM. I showed 10:30 PM with the DJ until 2 AM. Which is the real close, and does the bar stay open with the DJ?
  2. Sunday shows closed, but Jahm Sessions ran a Sunday day party on October 18. Should Sundays be listed as available for private bookings and day parties?
  3. Happy hour is mentioned on the homepage with no times. What are they?
  4. Dates for the next tastings and live music nights, so the Happenings section runs a real calendar instead of categories.
  5. Prices are not shown on your menu page. Do you want them on the new site, or kept to the room?
  6. Parking and dress code are the two questions guests ask most and neither is on the site today.
