Due date, rough quantities, garment, colors, names and numbers, and any logo you already have.

Step two

Meet the designer

Our in house designer works from your art or starts from scratch. In person in Lynden or all by email.

Step three

Approve the proof

You get a mock up of the finished apparel. Ask questions, request changes. Nothing prints until you approve.

Step four

Sizes and names

Send final quantities, sizes and personalization, and your order goes on the schedule.

Step five

Printed and checked

Printed, stitched or pressed in Lynden, then double checked for accuracy before it leaves.

Yours

Shipped, transferred, or we call you for pick up.

Most orders take about one week. In the busy season, May to July, allow up to two. Tight deadline? Ask. We can usually make it work.

Where do I order my club gear?

Find your club above and follow the link. Your club's shop is open around the clock with your club pricing. Questions about an online order? Email soccercity.lynden@frontier.com or call Lynden at (360) 318-8669, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 10 am to 5 pm.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Once an order is placed it cannot be refunded, changed or cancelled. Not sure about a size or number? Check with your coach or team manager, or call Lynden before you order.

Can I return custom items?

Anything printed or embroidered with logos, names or numbers cannot be returned or exchanged. Stop by either store or check the size charts first. Your club may have samples to try on too.

I forgot my coupon code.

Email soccercity.lynden@frontier.com within 30 days of your order and we will issue online store credit. Missed codes are not refunded.

Shipping and rush orders

We do not expedite orders. Shipping runs through a third party and is not refundable. You can also choose in store pick up.

Required or optional?

Your club tab lists items as required or optional, but requirements can change. Always confirm with your coach or team manager.

Full ordering, shipping and returns policy

A few things to confirm, Drew

  1. Bellingham on Tuesdays: your website says closed, Instagram says open 11 to 7. Which is right?
  2. Is the Lynden order line still Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 10 to 5?
  3. The Empire ship dates page still says 2025. Is there a 2026 schedule?
  4. Clearance is empty right now. Keep the link, or hide it until the next sale?
  5. A few directories still list a Burlington store. Is it just Bellingham and Lynden now?
  6. Club shops and checkout stay on your current store. This site links straight into them, so nothing about ordering changes for your families.

You have two things most shops never get: a store full of players and a print shop that outfits whole clubs. Right now both are buried under a menu.

So I built this. The store, every club, and a kit builder that hands your designer a real order. I shoot the photos and video in Bellingham and Lynden, and those become the site.
