This page gives assigning editors, teams, venues, and credential staff one place to review relevant work and confirm the details of an event-specific access request.
Each credential request will identify the event, intended publication or commissioning organization, requested access, coverage format, crew, equipment, and on-site contact. When an outside outlet or organization assigns the work, direct assignment verification can be provided by that assigning contact.

Before coverage begins, Suubi Media confirms the schedule, approved working areas, designated media contact, equipment rules, and event-specific restrictions.
On site, the assigned Suubi Media crew works from the areas approved by the organizer and follows credential, safety, equipment, and broadcast rules. Coverage and image use follow the confirmed assignment and access terms.
