Privacy and how information is handled
This page explains what Suubi Media collects when you use this site, why it exists, and how to ask for a correction or a deletion. It is written in plain language rather than legal language.

Project inquiries
When you send a brief from the inquiry page, the answers you typed are saved privately so the studio can read them and write back. That includes your name, the contact details you gave, and everything you wrote about the project.
While you are filling the brief in, a draft is held in your own browser tab so you do not lose your place. It is not sent anywhere until you press send, and it is cleared when the brief is sent or the tab is closed.
Inquiries are readable only by a verified studio administrator signed in to the private portal. They are not published, and they are not used for advertising.
Client portal sign-in
The client portal signs you in with a one-time link sent to your email address. The studio's authentication provider stores your email address and the record of that sign-in so the portal can recognise you on your next visit.
There are no portal passwords to remember, and none are stored.
Private delivery files
Photos and films delivered to a client are stored in private storage, not on the public site. They are reachable only through the portal, by people the studio has invited to that specific project.
Links to individual files are signed and expire after a short time. A copied link stops working once it expires; it is not a permanent public address.
A project can also carry an access-end date. After that date the project stops opening in the portal.
Access and activity records
So the studio can support a delivery and see that it worked, the portal records project activity: when a project was created or updated, when files were uploaded or shared, when an invitation was sent or accepted, when a preview or download link was created, and when a file was marked as a favourite.
These records exist to run and support the delivery. They are not sold, and they are not used to build advertising profiles.
Embedded video and social content
Some pages embed video from YouTube and content from Instagram. One exception: the weddings page hero loads a muted YouTube video automatically, using YouTube's no-cookie player. Every other embed loads only after you choose to play or open it.
Once an embed loads, the provider receives the request and applies its own privacy terms, which Suubi Media does not control.
Service providers
Running this site needs a small number of providers: web hosting, a database and authentication service, private file storage, and email delivery for sign-in links. They process information only so the site and the portal work.
Suubi Media does not sell personal information, and does not share it for advertising.
How long information is kept
Information is kept only while it is needed to deliver the work, run the studio as a business, and meet legal or accounting obligations. There is no fixed schedule published here, because a single number would not be true for every kind of record.
Archiving a portal project hides it from day-to-day use. It does not automatically delete the project or its files yet. Deletion is handled by the studio on request.
Corrections and deletion requests
You can ask what the studio holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask for something to be deleted. Write to the studio and say what you would like changed or removed, and the studio will handle it directly.
Where a record must be kept for a legal or accounting reason, the studio will say so rather than quietly keep it.
Changes to this page
If how the studio handles information changes, this page is updated to match. The review date at the top shows when it was last checked.
